Research Associate, Immunotherapy

We are seeking a highly motivated, outstanding researcher to join us as a Research Associate, Immunotherapy in our Therapeutic research team. In this role, you will work with scientists to develop immunotherapy drugs to address unmet medical needs in the treatment of eye diseases and cancers.   • Performing in vivo mouse studies, including handling, dosing, blood and tissue collection
  • Performing IHC assay including tissue processing, embedding, sectioning and staining
  • Performing in vitro assays such as cell based assays, DNA manipulation, ELISA and FACS assay etc.
  • Cell culture
  • Maintaining records of experiments
  • Data analysis and presenting in team meeting


  • Minimum of 5 years (bachelor) or 3 years (master) of relevant laboratory experience in an academic or biotech/pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Experience with animal handling and mouse in vivo disease models (preferably eye disease and angiogenesis).
  • Experience in angiogenesis study and/or IHC assay.
  • Proficient in cell culture aseptic technique.
  • Proficient in cellular and molecular biology techniques including cell culture, transfection, virus infection, plasmid manipulation, PCR, qPCR, western blot.
  • Ability to perform multi-parameter flow cytometric analyses
  • Knowledge of immunology and immuno-oncology is a plus.
  • Previous experience working on immunology or cancer targets validation in pharmaceutical drug discovery is desirable.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
  • Eager to learn new skills and laboratory techniques
  • Must be a self-motivated team player and open to new assignments.
